After four years in close communinion with the high desert plants, I felt the matter-of-fact desire to wear them on my skin, allowing them to directly interact with my body and its needs.

It felt deeply right, delightful, empowering and, hehe, revolutionary, like an act of rebellion.

I also love being a bridge between worlds— here, between the world of the wild and that of humans. Humans who want to to become closer to the wilderness, who trust in its goodness, who sense its healing potential, who are openers to the realness of its properties.
